Booking

At the time of booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment date and time. Your session deposit can be made in the form of Cash, Cash App, Zelle, or Apple Pay. Appointments made without deposit may not be honored and are subject to cancellation. Payment of the deposit is required at the time of booking and has a 24-hour grace period. Deposits that are not paid within 24 hours of setting an appointment may not be honored and subjects the appointment to cancellation. Payment of the deposit acts as an agreement to all of the StretchLife Visuals  policies. Collaborations/Creative Endeavors booked with no monetary gain give Stretchlifevisuals ALL rights to photos taken and can be used however/whenever he see’s fit. 

Payment

Sessions must be paid in full prior to shoot date or immediately after the shoot via Cash, Cash App, Zelle, or Apple Pay. Checks are not accepted. An additional $20 surcharge will be added on all sessions where client is beyond 15 minutes late. Session end times will not be extended to accommodate client lateness.

Cancellation

Here’s the rewritten version with “StretchLife Visuals” replaced by SkyJ Photo:

If you are unable to attend your photo session, all deposits will act as a cancellation fee. A 72-hour advance notice of cancellation is required to credit the deposit toward a future session or to receive a half refund. If notice is not given within 24 hours of the session, the half-refund rule is void, and no refund will be provided. However, the client may reschedule for free on a day that fits the photographer’s schedule within three months. SkyJ Photo reserves the right to deny service to any client(s) with a repeated history of cancellations. If SkyJ Photo is unable to perform this contract due to fire, casualty, strike, act of God, illness, emergency, or other causes beyond control, the retainer fee will be returned to the client. However, SkyJ Photo shall have no further liability regarding the contract. This also applies in cases where photographic materials are damaged during processing, lost due to camera or media malfunction, misplaced in transit, or otherwise damaged or lost without fault by SkyJ Photo.

In the event SkyJ Photo fails for any other reason, SkyJ Photo’s liability will not exceed the total amount of monies paid by the client.
